[EXTENDED DEADLINE] Call for Expression of Interest: Assessment Of The Implementation Plan And The Supervision Of The 1Office HR Software Deployment

The University of Sydney Vietnam Institute (SVI) is a multidisciplinary research and engagement hub established as a social enterprise under the laws of Vietnam. It is designed to facilitate and strengthen intellectual and creative exchange between Australian and Vietnamese researchers, academics and the broader community.

SVI is currently assessing the feasibility of implementing a Human Resources (HR) management system (1Office) and invites qualified firms to submit Expressions of Interest (EOI) for advisory and supervision services.

1. Scope of work:

The selected consultant will:

  • Review the HR software governance plan;

  • Assess the proposed 1Office implementation approach;

  • Identify risks and provide recommendations;

  • Supervise implementation activities;

  • Deliver an independent assessment report.

2. Estimated implementation time

60 days from the date of signing contract.

3. Required Submission Documents

Firms with experience in HR systems implementation, advisory, or assessment are encouraged to apply. Experience with 1Office is preferred but not mandatory; equivalent HR system experience will be considered.
