GOALS & OBJECTIVES

AusCham is committed to promoting and representing the interests of its members and sponsors by enhancing Australian-Vietnamese business relations. In order to achieve this and continue our growth, in 2010 we aim to:

•    Expand our membership base to provide increased commercial and investment opportunities for our members
•    Maintain our functions and activities for members, including: networking events, business seminars, charity and social functions
•    Continue to provide support for our members and sponsors in dealings with commercial, investment and services interests in Vietnam
•    Increase our charitable programme profile in order to continue our efforts to alleviate poverty, improve the environment and support other sustainable initiatives in our community
•    Enhance relationships with commercial interests both regionally and in Australia, through participating in business and promotional opportunities
•    Further promote business ties between Australia and Vietnam for the mutual benefit of members and their Vietnamese counterparts
•    Further develop ties with regional chambers
•    Continue to develop the range of services that we can provide to our members
